Stricter Rules...?

Erm... I know this forum is still quite new but I think maybe Hunz needs to set up some rules and regulations the users have to strictly adhere to so that the forum will be more organized and won't be so messy when the forum's more active with more members in the future.
When I say rules and regulations... its regarding stuffs like: -posting in the right section -spamming warning -quality of post -punishment if infringment of rules (warning or banning etc) and any other things you can think of.
Maybe one set of rules for each section?
This is just a suggestion tho. but it is always a good practice to maintain strict rules. ^^
